The very first step is to identify your purchasing power by getting in touch with a lender to get pre-approved! I am happy to provide recommendations for lenders who can get you from application to close quickly and thoroughly. A mortgage pre-approval and an Agency Relationship Contract are prerequisites to the most fun part — seeing homes.

My goal is to make the whole process as simple and straightforward as possible. Here’s how I can support you during the process:

• Clarifying your must-haves — Helping to clarify what matters most to you as you sort and define what is a “must-have” vs. a “nice-to-have.”
• Showings— Scheduling and conducting showings (the fun part!).
• Offers & negotiation — I’ll always aim to get you the best possible deal while taking all factors into consideration — the buying price, closing costs, repair credits, etc.
• Title & ownership — Helping you find a title company to handle the transaction and ensure you walk away with free and clear ownership.
• Inspections— I can provide recommendations on thorough inspectors, schedule the inspection if you prefer, and help you make sense of what matters most in the inspection report — as well as make sure we’re hitting contract deadlines for inspections and responses.
• Navigating the mortgage process — Staying in touch with your mortgage agent, answering questions, and providing the required documents to the Seller’s Agent in a timely fashion.
• Closing the sale — Making it a stress-free day by helping you prepare for what to expect — which is usually just lots of signatures and walking away with keys to your new home!
