Meet Anita Lantz

As a self-described Pragmatic Eldest Daughter with a Whimsy Problem, it should come as no surprise that when I went back to school for fashion design in my late 20s, I somehow ended up in real estate.

I believe that circuitous journey, including many years of experience in food service and hospitality, gives me a unique perspective and provides a distinctive experience for my clients. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2014, then obtained my broker’s license in 2022, and I haven’t looked back — I love what I do! Some might even say I was born for it.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I also enjoy container gardening, dabbling in various art forms (most recently, painting with gouache and attempting watercolors), covering my own house walls in vibrant hues which change constantly, reading (fiction only!), refining my personal style on the daily, and occasionally still designing clothes and bringing that to fruition on my trusty sewing machine.

But, my real passion is fostering cats and kittens! I’ve been fostering since 2020 (shoutout Philly PAWS!).
